How to register multiple people
For Conference:
- Sign in to website profile
- Click on the event
- Click register now
- On the Who’s attending page click one of the following options: me only, me plus number of guests or not me but registering number of others
- Click Next
- Choose registrant types for each guest from the following options: Secondary member or Member (not under primary agency acct. setup)
- Click Next
- On the configure your guests page choose from the options: Secondary member or click the red select guest button to search membership database.
- Click Next
- On the activities page – choose activities for each person.
- On the Additional information page – answer question for each person
- Review summary
- If correct, click complete registration
- Review details on the make payment screen, at the bottom of the page, click print invoice - Print invoice at this time as only available prior to payment
- If paying by check click pay later, or enter the credit card information and submit payment.
For a Quarterly Meeting or Training:
- Sign in to website profile
- Click on the event
- Click register now
- On the Who’s attending page click one of the following options: me only, me plus number of guests or not me but registering number of others
- Choose registrant types for each guest from the following options:Another member; Non-member guest, or Secondary member
- Click Next
- On the Configure your guests page – Click select guest – search for a member by last name, click on the name to add member and click select
- After all guests are configured, Click next
- Review summary
- If correct, click complete registration
- Review details on the make payment screen, at the bottom of the page, click print invoice - Print invoice at this time as only available prior to payment
- If paying by check click pay later, or enter the credit card information and submit payment.
