CANCELLATION POLICY: Will be reviewed/approved on a case by case basis. All requests must be submitted in writing and have prior approval. If allowed, a cancellation processing fee may be applied.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Only equal substitutions will be allowed (ex: Member to Member or Non-member to Non-member). Registration is NOT transferable from a member to nonmember.
